Built for You: LDA Launches 200 Residential Plots E-Auction.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to auction approximately 200 vacant residential plots through an online e-auction, aiming to ensure greater transparency, accessibility, and efficient use of available land resources. A detailed list of the plots has been made available on the official LDA website.

The plots, varying in size from 60 sq. mtrs. to 252 sq. mtrs., are located across key housing schemes including Basant Kunj, Priyadarshani Colony, Kanpur Road Scheme, Gomtinagar, and Gomtinagar Extension. This broad range offers potential buyers—including residents, home seekers, and investors—a choice of plots suited to different preferences and budgets.

Interested participants can register online to take part in the bidding. All plot-related information such as location, area, and base price is accessible on the LDA portal.

An LDA official noted, “This initiative is part of our broader strategy to utilise existing land assets efficiently and improve housing availability in the city.” The move also aims to address the issue of underutilised plots in LDA-developed areas.
