Ashiana Vatsalya Phase 2: Now Launched in Chennai!

Ashiana Housing has announced the launch of Phase 2 of its senior living project, Ashiana Vatsalya, in Chennai.

Building on the success of Phase 1, which achieved ₹167 crore in sales with 205 of 258 units sold since its launch in March 2024, Phase 2 has already received 28 expressions of interest ahead of its official debut.

The new phase offers 1-BHK, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK apartments, priced between ₹75 lakh and ₹1.61 crore, with possession scheduled for July 2028. Part of a larger 1,114-unit development, the project features a 42,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, concierge services, and a wide range of sports and lifestyle amenities.

Designed to promote community-based, independent senior living, over 66% of the apartments offer views of Kolavai Lake, with each unit featuring a three-sided open layout and 7-ft.-deep balconies for optimal ventilation and natural light.
