Godrej Energy Solutions has said its engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) operations remain unaffected by the ongoing tensions in West Asia, citing minimal dependence on oil-linked imports or regional supply chains.
Raghvendra Mirji, Energy Solutions Business Head and EVP, stated on Tuesday that the company does not source materials from the region and operates independently of oil-based inputs, allowing business activities to continue without disruption. He added that the situation is being closely monitored, alongside government assurances on supply stability.
On concerns around rising crude oil prices, Mirji noted that electricity tariffs are “unlikely to go up at this point of time,” adding that any future changes will depend on policy decisions by the government.
