Western Coalfields (WCL) has issued a tender for mining, handling, and transportation services at its Bhatadi Open Cast mine located in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. Operating under a percentage-quote model, the project focuses on maintaining efficient overburden clearance and seamless material movement.
