Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Rajasthan has invited bids for the implementation of the Chambal-Alwar Water Supply Project – Package-II under the Jal Jeevan Mission on a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) basis.
The project involves:
Construction of an intermediate Clear Water Pump House (CWPH) at Kotra (Baseri)
Laying of clear water transmission mains from Kotra to Naroli and Nadbai via Junction 2 at Naroli
Development of Intermediate Pumping Stations (IPS) at Nadbai, Nagar, Ramgarh, Kishangarhbas, Tijara (Jairoli), and Bhiwadi
Transmission pipeline from Kishanbas to Mandawar and up to Behror
Pipeline from Naroli Junction to Keoladeo National Park (KNP), Bharatpur
Construction of Clear Water Reservoirs (CWRs) and intermediate pumping stations along with offtake points
Terminal CWRs at Bhiwadi and Behror
The project also includes all associated works, along with 10 years of operation and maintenance (O&M), which encompasses a 1-year defect liability period.
Estimated project cost: ₹2,386.57 crore, Project completion timeline: 36 months
