Plotting Prosperity: KG Builders’ ₹400 Cr Expansion in Chennai.

KG Builders, a Chennai-based real estate developer, has launched two new plotted residential communities—KG Fields of Fortune in Kuthambakkam and KG Kingdom of Prosperity in Valarpuram near Thandalam—as part of its expansion in western Chennai’s rapidly growing residential corridor.

Together, the projects form part of the company’s 120-acre plotted development portfolio in the region, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹400 crore, according to a company release.

Strategically located along the Valarpuram–Thirumazhisai growth corridor, the developments are attracting strong interest from homebuyers and investors, supported by upcoming infrastructure initiatives such as the Chennai Metro Phase II extension to Poonamallee, the Chennai–Bengaluru Expressway, the planned Kuthambakkam bus terminus, and the proposed greenfield airport at Parandur.
