IndiGo is planning to develop an integrated campus on a 4.5-acre land parcel in Gurugram over the next three to five years.
The proposed facility will bring together the airline’s IndiGo Support Centre and its training arm, Ifly, under one roof, strengthening both operational coordination and employee training infrastructure.
In an internal communication, Group Chief Human Resources Officer Sukhjit S. Pasricha confirmed that the airline has secured the land in Sector 29, Gurugram, and intends to develop a unified campus at the site, marking a strategic step toward enhancing its organisational capabilities and workforce development.
