Lodha’s ₹10,000 Cr Bet on India’s Next Big Data Hub

Lodha Developers is leveraging its land bank at the Palava Data Centre Park to fund its ambitious 1 GW powered shell data centre expansion without incurring debt. By monetising 150 acres at an average of ₹60 crore per acre, the company expects to raise ₹10,000 crore. MD & CEO Abhishek Lodha confirmed that the self-funded model will see annual land sales of ₹2,000–3,000 crore against an infrastructure spend of ₹500–700 crore, with initial leasing agreements targeted for completion in FY27.
