The Jaipur Development Authority’s (JDA) land and property settlement committee has approved key land allotments for several infrastructure projects aimed at boosting urban development across the city.
A 10,000 sq. mtr. plot in Vidyadhar Nagar has been allotted free of cost for the construction of a new government Industrial Training Institute (ITI). In Sanganer, 14,940 sq. mtrs. have been sanctioned for the development of an open jail complex for Central Jail Jaipur. Under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme, the committee also recommended a proposal to the state government for 500 sq. mtrs. in Amer to establish a sewage pumping station.
Further, Rajasthan Vidyut Vitran Nigam has received land in Guwardi village for the development of a new grid substation. The Regional Transport Office (RTO) Jaipur (I) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for 3,000 sq. mtrs. to set up a parking and seizure yard for old and confiscated vehicles. Additionally, a proposal will be sent for the allotment of 3,000 sq. mtrs. in West-Way Heights to Anushthan Sansthan Khatushyamji for establishing a multispecialty hospital.
