Mattress manufacturer Duroflex, along with its sub-brand Sleepyhead, is set to open 23 new stores across India by the end of the current financial year. This expansion builds on its existing network of approximately 77 outlets, including seven Sleepyhead stores.
Following a ‘city saturation model,’ the company is strengthening its presence in key markets like Bengaluru and other major metros before expanding into new regions. To support this growth, Duroflex recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, adding to its seven existing production and ordering units across the country. This move enhances its supply chain capabilities to meet growing offline demand.
Sleepyhead, originally a digital-only brand, is transitioning to a hybrid retail model. Through a dual-brand strategy, Duroflex aims to address diverse customer segments and tap into the rising demand for quality sleep solutions in India.
With a strategic focus on retail expansion and manufacturing alignment, Duroflex is well-positioned for long-term growth in India’s competitive sleep and wellness market.
