Drone technology company ideaForge Technology has announced an initial agreement with Japanese AI-tech firm Digital Media Professionals (DMP) to jointly develop next-generation AI-powered drones based on Di1 technology.
The collaboration is aimed at strengthening ideaForge’s presence in the Japanese market while also expanding the global footprint of its unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) solutions.
As part of the partnership, ideaForge will integrate DMP’s Di1 technology into its drone platforms to enable advanced artificial intelligence capabilities. DMP will act as the go-to-market partner in Japan, managing activities such as product demonstrations, customer engagement, distribution, training, and after-sales support.
The companies said the agreement represents an important step toward deeper cooperation in AI-driven drone development and broader market expansion in Japan.
