91Springboard Fuels Growth with Six New Co-working Hubs

Co-working space provider 91Springboard has added six new centres across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune, contributing 3,600 additional desks and expanding its operational area by 1.7 lakh sq. ft. This strategic growth responds to increasing demand for flexible workspaces from corporates, entrepreneurs, and freelancers.

With these additions, the company now offers nearly 30,000 desks across 1.5 million sq. ft. nationwide.

“These new hubs are more than just office spaces – they are dynamic ecosystems designed to fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth,” said Sameer Singh, COO of 91Springboard. He emphasized the company’s mission to support business scalability with “flexible, intuitive workspaces that feel like home but work like a powerhouse.”

The company now operates 40 centres across eight cities—Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, and Goa. This expansion aligns with broader industry trends, as a report by real estate consultancy Vestian forecasts flexible space operators will manage over 100 million sq. ft. by 2026.
