Teerth Gopicon Bags ₹454 Crore Land Development Project

Teerth Gopicon has been selected as the highest bidder by Indore Smart City Development Ltd. for a major land development project under the Smart Cities Mission.

The project involves the freehold sale and development of a 68,510.492 sq. m. portion of the MOG Lines Land Parcel-2, identified under khasra numbers 866/2(s), 866/2/3(s), 866/1/1/1(s), and 866/1/1/2(s). This development will be carried out in accordance with the Indore ABD (Area-Based Development) Area Master Plan.

Teerth Gopicon's winning bid for the land parcel is valued at ₹454.54 crore. The company will proceed with development as per the terms outlined in the tender document, with work commencing after the issuance of the Letter of Award. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months, marking a significant step forward in Indore’s urban transformation.
