Real estate developer Aurika Group has announced a ₹220 crore investment to strengthen its footprint in Uttar Pradesh’s Tier-II cities, with major projects slated for Ayodhya and Bareilly.
In Ayodhya, the group will develop a 150-key serviced suites project in partnership with Best Western Hotels, while Bareilly will see the launch of a premium villa community spread across 5.5 acres. With RERA approvals secured—two for Bareilly and one for Ayodhya—the projects are expected to generate over ₹350 crore in revenue.
These initiatives are part of Aurika’s larger strategy to meet rising demand for modern real estate in emerging urban centres. The company is also pursuing joint ventures and development agreements with landowners across North India, reinforcing its long-term commitment to regional growth.
“Our investments align with the aspirations of India’s Tier-II cities. Ayodhya’s spiritual significance and Bareilly’s urban potential represent dual pillars of growth,” said Prasoon Chauhan, Founder & CEO, Aurika Group.
