Siddipet Under Construction: The ₹112Cr Sanitation Upgrade

The Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department (PH&MED), Telangana, has invited bids for the Siddipet Municipality Underground Drainage Scheme, to be funded under the Urban Infrastructure Development Fund (UIDF).

The project, valued at ₹112.02 crore, aims to upgrade drainage infrastructure in Siddipet Municipality to address the growing need for improved sanitation and waste management. The proposed underground drainage system is expected to help prevent waterlogging, enhance hygiene, and improve overall public health standards in the area. The initiative forms part of Telangana’s broader efforts to modernise urban infrastructure and enhance residents’ quality of life.

Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals by 07 February 2026.
