Bid Invitation: Transaction Advisory for DoP Delhi Real Estate

The Department of Posts (DoP) is inviting bids to appoint a consultant to provide end-to-end transaction advisory services for the development and redevelopment of its real estate assets in Delhi. The scope includes preparing detailed feasibility studies, supporting implementation strategies, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and managing bidding and partner onboarding processes.

The consultant will deliver an inception report based on initial site visits and document reviews, outlining evaluation criteria, data sources, and methodologies. This includes analysis of ownership records, land mapping, and potential for brownfield redevelopment. The consultancy will also explore alternative development models for identified properties.

Key responsibilities involve preparing project documentation, supporting bid processes, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating the onboarding of development partners.
