The Adwaith: Sanjeevini Group's New ₹1,200 Cr. Luxury Launch

Sanjeevini Group, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of its latest luxury residential project, The Adwaith, located in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. The project is expected to generate an estimated revenue of ₹1,200 crore.

Spread across 8.3 acres, The Adwaith will comprise 668 premium residential units with a total built-up area of 17 lakh sq. ft. Prices start from ₹1.7 crore onwards. The development is being executed under a joint development agreement with the landowner, with project completion targeted within 30 months.

Commenting on the launch, Umesh Gowda H A, Chairman and Founder of Sanjeevini Group, noted that Gunjur is emerging as one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing micromarkets, driven by excellent connectivity and increasing residential demand, making it a prime location for homebuyers.

The launch comes amid sustained post-pandemic housing demand, with a notable shift toward homeownership. Since its inception in 2010, Sanjeevini Group has delivered over 15 lakh sq. ft. of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Bengaluru.
