Bangur Concrete Expands to Gujarat with New RMC Plant

Bangur Concrete, the construction materials brand under Shree Cement, has inaugurated its first Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in Gujarat, marking a strategic expansion into one of India’s fastest-growing construction markets.

Located in Limbadiya, Gandhinagar, the new facility has a production capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour and is equipped with advanced batching systems, precision quality control, and environmentally compliant processes. The plant is designed to meet the rising demand for sustainable and high-performance concrete solutions in the region, driven by Gujarat’s rapid urbanisation and industrial development.

The Gandhinagar unit features optimised material handling systems and streamlined logistics to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries, catering to both infrastructure and real estate segments.

This launch aligns with India’s sustainable development goals, focusing on reducing the construction sector’s carbon footprint through green manufacturing practices. The Indian RMC market is projected to reach USD 167.01 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 9.56%, offering significant opportunities for expansion.

With this addition, Bangur Concrete’s nationwide RMC network now stands at 21 plants, further reinforcing its position as a key player in the Indian construction ecosystem.
