Sobha's Grand Entry into Greater Noida: ₹800 Cr Luxury Awaits!

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sobha Ltd has announced plans to invest approximately ₹800 crore in a new luxury housing project in Greater Noida, marking a strategic expansion into the dynamic Delhi-NCR real estate market.

The upcoming project, titled ‘SOBHA Aurum’, has received all necessary regulatory approvals and will feature 420 premium apartments designed to cater to the region’s growing demand for high-end residential living.

According to a company statement issued on Thursday, the development spans 3.46 acres with a total built-up potential of 9.3 lakh square feet. This launch underscores Sobha’s commitment to strengthening its presence in North India, and tapping into one of the country’s most active property markets.
