PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) has announced the issuance of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Enviro Infra Engineers Limited for the resolution of the non-performing asset (NPA) debt of Venot Power Infra Pvt. Ltd. through a change in management process. The LOI was issued on June 23, 2025.
Following a comprehensive price discovery process, Enviro Infra Engineers emerged as the highest bidder, with a gross transaction value of approximately ₹115.61 crore (₹1,15,60,60,660).
The resolution process remains subject to several critical steps, including acceptance of the LOI, execution of definitive agreements, receipt of the agreed transaction value, and closure of the transaction. This development marks a significant step in PFS’s ongoing efforts to strengthen asset recovery and improve portfolio quality through structured and transparent resolution mechanisms.
