Pristine Landmark Spaces has entered into an agreement to acquire a 4.2-acre land parcel in Pune’s Vadgaon Sheri locality for ₹250 crore.
The transaction, registered on February 4, also includes a stamp duty payment of ₹17.5 crore. The sellers in the deal are Kumar City Co-operative Housing Society and Kumar Urban Development, according to documents accessed from CRE Matrix. Vadgaon Sheri, situated near Nagar Road and close to Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Pune Airport, has emerged as a prime location for residential and mixed-use development. Its strong connectivity to office hubs such as Kharadi and Yerwada, coupled with robust social infrastructure, has attracted significant developer interest.
This acquisition reflects the ongoing trend in the region, with developers focusing on redevelopment opportunities and securing strategic land parcels for future projects.
