Digboi Refinery Expansion: IOCL Invites Bids for Pipeline Project

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has issued a tender for the execution of cross-country pipeline works under the DR 1.0 Expansion Project at its Digboi Refinery in Assam.

The scope includes comprehensive pipeline activities aimed at modernising and improving the operational efficiency of one of India's oldest refineries. The contract completion timeline is 12 months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), Notice of Award (NoA), or Fax of Acceptance (FoA), inclusive of the mobilisation period.

This initiative underscores IOCL’s ongoing investment in critical energy infrastructure in the Northeast and supports its broader mission to strengthen national energy logistics and supply chains.

The deadline for bid submission is 03 September 2025.
