Energo Engineering Projects is calling for consultancy bids to guide the redevelopment of three prominent Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) properties across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Over a five-year engagement, the successful consultant will deliver end-to-end transaction advisory and real estate consulting. The mandate spans site assessments, feasibility analysis, conceptual design planning, project structuring, risk evaluation, and techno-commercial feasibility reporting.
