Max Estates Moves Into UP with Rs 3,000 Cr Ghaziabad Project

Max Estates, the real estate arm of the Max Group, is expanding its footprint into Uttar Pradesh through a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Strategically located along National Expressway-3 with seamless connectivity to Delhi and Noida, the project offers a development potential of 1.5 million sq. ft. and a projected gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,500 crore to Rs 3,000 crore. This venture builds on the company's recent acquisition of an 84.71-acre land parcel in West Delhi, further robustly scaling its residential pipeline.
