Expanding its footprint in the automobile manufacturing sector, Andhra Pradesh has secured a combined investment commitment of ₹1,614 crore from three leading South Korean automotive component manufacturers: Hwashin, Seoyon, and Iwamet.
Under newly signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the state government, the three companies will establish manufacturing facilities in the Anantapur district. As critical suppliers to major OEMs Hyundai and Kia, their presence will solidify the local automotive ecosystem while generating roughly 1,418 direct and indirect employment opportunities in the region.
