The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) has invited bids for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (IMLH) at Nangal Choudhary in Mahendragarh district, Haryana.
The project, valued at ₹765.27 crore, will be executed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. Envisioned as a key enabler of trade and industrial growth, the IMLH will offer world-class infrastructure for storage, distribution, and seamless multimodal movement of goods.
Strategically located in Haryana, the logistics hub will serve as a vital node within the National Industrial Corridor framework, aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and boosting industrial connectivity. It is expected to significantly augment regional logistics capacity and benefit industries across Haryana and neighboring states.
The deadline for bid submission is 10 November 2025.
