₹1,650 Cr Mega-Project: Birla Estates Enters Hinjewadi, Pune

Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, through its real estate arm Birla Estates, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune. Spread across approximately 5.62 acres with a total saleable area of around 1.25 million sq. ft., the project holds an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,650 crore. Located in Pune’s primary IT and commercial hub, the development aims to address the strong housing demand from tech professionals and modern homebuyers, further strengthening the company's presence in Maharashtra’s expanding real estate market.
