Triton Hotels and Resorts, known for managing luxury properties such as Raffles in Udaipur and Jaipur, as well as Fairmont and Le Meridien in Jaipur, is preparing to expand its footprint beyond Rajasthan.
The Group has announced plans to develop premium resorts in Goa, Rishikesh, Bangalore, and Alibaug (Maharashtra), while also eyeing opportunities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for future growth. Triton is targeting a turnover of ₹300 crore in the current fiscal year and intends to invest approximately ₹150 crore annually in its expansion strategy, funded through a mix of internal accruals and bank financing.
Ratan Kant Sharma, Chairman of Triton Hotels and Resorts, highlighted a strong post-Covid recovery in the hospitality sector, driven by a surge in domestic travel, higher occupancy rates, and increased average room rates. He attributed the growth to changing consumer preferences and a trend toward spontaneous, last-minute bookings.
