ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement with Sumeru Hospitality to develop Welcomhotel Mysuru, a new 99-key property designed to strengthen the brand's presence across South India.
Positioned to serve both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will blend Mysuru's rich cultural heritage with modern premium hospitality. The property will feature well-appointed rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby café focusing on curated regional cuisine, a swimming pool, and a dedicated fitness center. To cater to corporate events and social celebrations, the hotel will also offer approximately 5,500 square feet of indoor banquet and event space.
ITC Hotels Managing Director Anil Chadha highlighted Mysuru’s growing tourism and economic potential, noting that the property aligns with the company's broader strategy to expand its footprint across key Indian destinations. Sumeru Hospitality emphasized that the project aims to elevate the city's hospitality ecosystem by marrying local traditions with contemporary comfort.
