The Fern’s Triple Crown: Three New Properties Coming to Gujarat

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of three new hospitality properties in Gujarat under the Series by Marriott branding, further strengthening its presence in key commercial and emerging urban markets across the state.

The newly signed properties include The Fern Residency Rajkot, KKV Circle, Series by Marriott, The Fern Habitat Vadodara, Series by Marriott, and LPS The Fern Surat, Gaurav Path Road, Series by Marriott. With these additions, the group’s operational and upcoming portfolio in Gujarat has grown to 40 properties.

The Fern Residency Rajkot will feature 77 rooms and suites along with dining, conference, and banquet facilities, and is expected to open in 2028. The Fern Habitat Vadodara will offer 98 rooms, event spaces, and all-day dining facilities, catering to both business and leisure travellers, with operations scheduled to commence in the second half of 2026.

The company is also expanding its footprint in Surat through LPS The Fern Surat, Gaurav Path Road, which will include 182 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, and a terrace bar designed to offer diverse culinary experiences.

The projects are aimed at delivering sustainable and guest-focused hospitality experiences while addressing the growing travel demand in Gujarat. The expansion also aligns with the company’s broader growth strategy of strengthening its presence in high-potential urban destinations across India.
