ColdStar Blazes into Bengaluru with Massive New Mega-Hub

ColdStar Logistics has expanded its operations in South India with the launch of its largest integrated logistics facility in Bengaluru, reinforcing its capabilities in temperature-controlled and ambient supply chain services.

Situated in Hoskote, the new 1,75,000 sq. ft. warehouse has been developed to meet growing demand from sectors such as FMCG, confectionery, dairy, and processed foods. The facility is equipped to process up to 3,00,000 units daily and features multiple temperature-controlled zones, including Ambient, Tropical (15–25°C), Chiller (2–8°C), and Frozen (-20°C), enabling comprehensive cold chain solutions for a wide range of products.

The warehouse is expected to support e-commerce platforms, food processing companies, and institutional buyers by enabling faster and more reliable distribution of perishable goods. It also incorporates predictive analytics, IoT-enabled monitoring, and AI/ML-driven logistics planning systems to enhance operational efficiency, minimise handling time, and maintain product quality throughout the supply chain.

With 26 distribution centres currently operating across India, ColdStar Logistics said the expansion aligns with its strategy to build scalable, technology-driven cold chain infrastructure tailored to evolving demand in urban and semi-urban markets. “This facility enables us to significantly enhance capacity to meet emerging regional demand while strengthening our ability to manage complex logistics systems with faster, more reliable, and scalable services,” said Sameer Varma.
