Iris Sarovar Portico Opens in Gurugram, Boosting Sarovar's NCR Presence

Sarovar Hotels has expanded its presence in the Delhi NCR region with the launch of Iris Sarovar Portico in Gurugram, marking its 15th property in the area. Developed in collaboration with real estate firm Trehan Iris, the upscale hotel is strategically located in Sector 85, within the Iris Broadway Mall—a fully-leased, 2.8-acre mixed-use development housing over 45 operational brands.

Backed by an investment of ₹75 crore, the hotel features 79 well-appointed rooms and suites, along with modern amenities including banquet facilities, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Its connectivity via Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and the Southern Peripheral Road enhances its appeal in one of Gurugram’s fastest-growing corridors.
