Nestlé's OOH Boom: 1,000 Kiosks & Counting Across India

Nestlé India’s out-of-home (OOH) division, Nestlé Professional, has scaled its Retail ONE kiosk network to 1,000 units across the country. This milestone is part of the company’s broader strategy to diversify consumption formats and cater to the growing demand for convenient food and beverage options in high-traffic public areas.

The Retail ONE network features branded kiosks such as Nescafé Corners, Maggi Hotspots, and KitKat Break Zones, strategically placed in locations like educational campuses, hospitals, and tourist attractions. Nestlé reports strong double-digit growth in its OOH business, with India standing as its second-largest market in the Asia, Oceania, and Africa region.

“We are proud that this growth fuels meaningful livelihoods and promotes diversity across India’s food service ecosystem,” said Saurabh Makhija, Head of Nestlé Professional. The current network supports 308 operators and employs 1,586 food handlers.

Looking ahead, Nestlé plans to further expand the network, capitalising on rising urban demand. The company has also partnered with leading F&B brands like Social and Chai Point to offer Maggi, and collaborated with Mad Over Donuts to launch KitKat-inspired doughnuts and shakes.
