Capacite Wins ₹445 Crore Civil Works Contract in Noida

Capacite Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Great Value Realty for civil works at the Great Value Ekanam Project in Noida.

The contract, valued at Rs 445 crore excluding GST, covers comprehensive civil and structural construction works, highlighting Capacite Infraprojects’ focus on large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. Located at GH-02, Sector 107, Noida, the project is part of Great Value Realty’s broader development plan in the city, aimed at delivering premium residential and commercial spaces with high construction standards.

With this award, Capacite Infraprojects further strengthens its presence in the NCR region and demonstrates its ability to handle complex construction assignments. The project is expected to enhance the company’s portfolio, support revenue growth, and reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner in large-scale real estate developments.
