Omnitech x Weatherford: A ₹920 Crore Global Synergy

Omnitech Engineering Limited has entered into a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with Weatherford Products GmbH, establishing a five-year framework for the supply of products effective 11 March 2026.

The international agreement carries an annual contract value of approximately USD 2,01,04,120 plus GST (around ₹184 crore), translating to a total contract value of nearly ₹920 crore over the five-year period.

This strategic partnership is expected to strengthen Omnitech’s presence in the global energy, automation, and industrial equipment sectors, while significantly boosting its export revenue streams. The agreement also highlights the company’s advanced precision machining capabilities in manufacturing safety-critical components.

Details of the agreement were formally disclosed to BSE and NSE in compliance with SEBI regulations by Company Secretary Bhoomi Manharbhai Vadhavana.
