₹735 Cr Mega Tender: CPWD to Build Yuge Yugeen Bharat Museum

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is seeking competitive bids for the comprehensive development of the landmark Yuge Yugeen Bharat Museum (YYBM) in New Delhi. Estimated at ₹735.05 crore, the project carries an overall execution timeline of 26 months (2 months allocated for planning/design and 24 months for construction). The contract scope covers end-to-end design and construction of the ticketing plaza, main facade, courtyard, underground service tunnels, elevators, and complete MEP services and equipment.
