Bhumika Group Secures Metro Mall Project in Faridabad

Bhumika Group, a prominent real estate entity, announced securing a project from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to develop a mall situated at the NHPC metro station in Faridabad.

The company proudly ventured into the metro mall segment following the recent acquisition of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the NHPC Metro Station project from DMRC. However, specific financial details regarding the order have not been disclosed by the company at this time.

The NHPC metro station project, located at Mathura Road, signifies Bhumika Group's second strategic undertaking in Faridabad. Emphasizing the significance of this project, the company expressed its belief in Faridabad as a burgeoning growth corridor. Mathura Road, in particular, stands out as a pivotal hub for retail development within the National Capital Region (NCR), drawing the interest of prominent retailers and renowned restaurateurs.
