EIL on Behalf of HPCL: Bids for Lube Modernization Project

Engineers India Limited (EIL), on behalf of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), invites bids on an EPCC basis for the Integrated Hydrocracker and Catalytic Dewaxing (IHCD) Unit and Solvent Deasphalting (SDA) Unit as part of the Lube Modernization & Bottom Upgradation (LMBU) Project at HPCL’s Mumbai Refinery.

The scope of work includes project management, residual process and detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing, transportation, site storage, construction and supervision, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance guarantee testing (PGTR) of the IHCD and SDA units.

The project duration is 30 months from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

EIL is serving as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for HPCL's LMBU project.
