Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of India’s fastest-growing charge point operators and EV infrastructure developers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) to accelerate the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.
The MoU was signed by Sanket Srivastava, Head of PMS & Sustainability at NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz. This strategic partnership aims to boost India’s clean mobility goals by enhancing access to reliable and efficient EV charging in key urban areas.
Under this collaboration, Incharz and NPCL will jointly identify and develop EV charging stations at high-footfall locations such as residential societies, office complexes, commercial centers, and hospitals. NPCL— a joint venture between the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority—will support the initiative by recommending optimal sites and facilitating coordination with DISCOMs to streamline infrastructure setup and reduce costs.
As part of the initial rollout, charging stations have already been installed at:
Stellar Jeevan, with 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers
Ace Divino, featuring a 40 kW DC fast charger and a 10 kW AC charger capable of simultaneously charging three two-wheelers
This initiative marks a significant step toward building a robust and accessible EV charging network in the region.
