Tata Motors has entered into a strategic partnership with THINK Gas to strengthen India’s LNG refuelling infrastructure for heavy-duty trucks.
Under a newly signed memorandum of understanding (MoU), the two companies will work together to enhance fuel quality awareness, improve infrastructure readiness, and promote the adoption of LNG-powered commercial vehicles. The collaboration supports India’s move towards decarbonised freight operations by ensuring reliable access to LNG refuelling networks.
Rajesh Kaul, Vice President of Tata Motors, highlighted LNG as an efficient and sustainable solution for long-haul transport. THINK Gas will ensure consistent fuel quality and supply reliability while offering Tata Motors customers exclusive benefits, including preferential pricing. The partnership will prioritise key freight corridors and logistics hubs to accelerate the expansion and adoption of LNG infrastructure across the commercial vehicle sector.
