Tesla has opened its first integrated Tesla Center at Orchid Business Park in Gurugram, bringing retail operations, after-sales service, vehicle delivery, and charging infrastructure together under one roof for customers across northern India.
Since entering the Indian market in July 2025, Tesla has launched experience centers in Mumbai and Delhi, along with three charging locations. With the new Gurugram facility, named One Horizon, the company now operates four charging stations nationwide, offering a total of 16 Superchargers and 10 Destination Chargers. The V4 Superchargers at the center can deliver up to 275 km of range to a Model Y in just 15 minutes, supported by an impressive 99.95% uptime.
Situated in Sector 48, the center enables customers to explore Tesla’s EV technology, take Model Y test drives, and access comprehensive after-sales services in a single, seamless space. The facility also features Tesla’s Optimus Gen 2 humanoid robot—on display in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Delhi—underscoring the company’s broader commitment to innovation and sustainable technology in India.
