XSIO: Redefining Logistics with AI and ₹2,000 Crore

XSIO Logistics Parks has unveiled plans to develop India’s first smart logistics park in Nagpur, backed by an investment of ₹2,000 crore.

The company has already invested over ₹400 crore in its existing logistics park at Wadhgaon, located near the Samruddhi Expressway. The upcoming smart logistics park will be equipped with an artificial intelligence–enabled platform designed to monitor carbon footprints, enhance sewage treatment efficiency, and integrate sustainable, eco-friendly practices. XSIO is in discussions with leading IT companies to develop the system, which will leverage predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and AI-driven automation for traffic flow and vehicle movement management. Upgrading the Wadhgaon facility into a smart logistics park is expected to require an investment of approximately ₹5 crore per unit.

Beyond this initiative, XSIO’s growth strategy includes a second phase of development at Wadhgaon, a new logistics park on Amravati Road, an industrial park in Butibori, and an urban logistics park in Wardhaman Nagar, further strengthening its logistics footprint in and around Nagpur.
