XSIO Park Rising: Fadnavis Seals ₹3,000 Cr Deal for Nagpur Hub

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated the construction of the XSIO Industrial and Logistics Park in Vadgaon, located along the Samruddhi Mahamarg, on 16 November 2025.

The state government is also developing a dedicated access road linking the Samruddhi Highway to Vadhavan Port to strengthen industrial and logistics connectivity. The Chief Minister highlighted the park’s potential to help position Nagpur as a major logistics hub, in line with Maharashtra’s new logistics policy. An MoU worth ₹3,000 crore was signed between XSIO Industry, Blackstone, and the state’s Industries Department to facilitate investments.

The XSIO Logistics Park will span 105 acres and will be developed in two phases, with ₹700 crore to be invested in the first phase and ₹1,100 crore in the second. The project is expected to generate approximately 10,000 jobs.
