91Springboard has expanded its footprint with the launch of two new workspace hubs in Mumbai and Gurugram, adding one lakh sq. ft. to its portfolio.
The Mumbai hub, located at Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall in Andheri East, spans 40,000 sq. ft., while the Gurugram hub at DLF World Trade Park covers 60,000 sq. ft. Both facilities are expected to be operational by the next quarter, catering to GCCs, large enterprises, MSMEs, and late-stage startups in Grade A commercial spaces. With these additions, 91Springboard now operates eight hubs in Mumbai, ten in Gurugram, and a total of 43 hubs across nine cities.
In 2025, the company added five lakh sq. ft. of workspace and aims to expand by another 10 lakh sq. ft. by FY2026. Recent launches include centers at Corporate Avenue and Kalina in Mumbai, Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket (Delhi), and Magnum Global Park and Building 6 in DLF Cyber City (Gurugram). The new hubs offer strong connectivity, sustainable building features, and convenient access to transport and key commercial amenities.
