Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP) has acquired two strategic land parcels in Bengaluru — 51 acres in Hoskote and 56 acres in Devanahalli — as part of its continued expansion in South India. The ₹2,150 crore (USD 250 million) investment, including land costs, adds over six million sq. ft. of development potential and takes WOLP’s total footprint in the region to over 260 acres.
The Hoskote site will house a Proxima-category logistics park, designed to serve 3PL, FMCG, and retail clients, and will benefit from major upcoming infrastructure projects like the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway.
The Devanahalli parcel, located near Airport City and the planned Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP), will be developed into a Proxima Plus facility. It will cater to high-tech sectors including electronics, aerospace, EVs, and pharmaceuticals, offering advanced plug-and-play infrastructure.
“These acquisitions are more than just land deals — they reflect our commitment to shaping the future of South India’s supply chain ecosystem,” said Anshul Singhal, Managing Director, Welspun One Logistics Parks.
