VDA Invites Bids for ₹167 Cr Commercial-Office Hub

The Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) has floated a tender for the construction of a commercial-cum-integrated office complex at the Commissioner’s Compound in Kachahari, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The project includes comprehensive works such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, site development, internal and external electrification, and sanitary and water supply infrastructure. The estimated project cost is ₹167.94 crore, with a completion timeline of 33 months and a defect liability period of five years.

The deadline for submission of bids is 22 July 2025.
