Vallabhaneni Constructions Bags ₹152 Cr MoRTH Highway Project

Vallabhaneni Constructions has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a highway project awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).

The contract involves constructing a 28 km missing link between km 84.0 and km 112.0 on the Gundenoor to Maharashtra–Chhattisgarh border section of NH 130D in Maharashtra. The project, with a bid value of ₹152.06 crore, will be executed on an item-rate basis and is aimed at bridging a critical gap in the national highway network.

Once completed, the project is expected to improve road continuity, reduce travel time, and enhance transport efficiency for both passenger and freight movement. It will also strengthen connectivity between Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, supporting smoother interstate logistics and trade.

Vallabhaneni Constructions’ L1 status marks a notable addition to its infrastructure portfolio, reinforcing its presence in India’s road construction sector.
