Urban Enviro Bags ₹10.35 Crore Solid Waste Plant in Gujarat

Urban Enviro Waste Management (Urban Enviro) has been awarded a contract by Savarkundla Municipality in Amreli district, Gujarat, for the establishment of a solid waste processing plant under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM Urban 2.0).

The project involves the design, construction, operation, and transfer (DBOT) of a facility to process both dry and wet waste generated by the urban local bodies (ULBs) of Savarkundla Nagarpalika. Valued at ₹10.35 crore, the contract spans a duration of seven years.

This project represents a major milestone for Urban Enviro, marking its first work order for the development and operation of a solid waste processing facility. It signals a strategic expansion of the company’s capabilities into waste processing infrastructure.
