Trehan IRIS is developing IRIS Broadway Greno West, a 1.1 million sq. ft. mixed-use commercial project in Greater Noida West, backed by a ₹400 crore investment. Scheduled to open in Q1 2027, the flagship project will comprise 600,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 300,000 sq. ft. of office space, and a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel (representing a further ₹135 crore investment).
The retail center is forecast to drive over ₹580 crore in turnover in its first operational year, growing to ₹700 crore by year two. Further bolstering its NCR portfolio, Trehan IRIS is also deploying ₹1,300 crore toward Trehan Omara and developing a specialized senior living project in Sector 95, Gurugram.
