Tracking Growth: Jupiter Wagons’ New ₹264.32 Cr Double Win!

Jupiter Wagons Limited has further solidified its role in India’s freight ecosystem by securing two distinct orders from JSW (South) Rail Logistics and the state-owned Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), worth a combined ₹264.32 crore.

The ₹122.88 crore private-sector contract with JSW involves supplying five BFNSM1 rakes alongside BVCM and BFNV wagons within a tight seven-month deadline. Meanwhile, the ₹141.44 crore public-sector contract with CWC mandates the delivery of eight BLSS rakes (comprising 384 total wagons and brake vans) within one year.

Managing Director Vivek Lohia noted that these wins underscore the market's trust in Jupiter's execution excellence amid India's aggressive push toward multimodal connectivity. The new contracts heavily reinforce Jupiter Wagons' strategic focus on deploying next-generation, high-capacity rolling stock to optimize logistics efficiency nationwide.
